Plaster model of a baby's head, dead after forceps use

From a private Italian collection a vey rare original cast of a baby's dead after extraction with forceps, late 1800's.

It's a plaster model, cast over the real baby after the birth, on it a great Italian paper label says:

"Testa di feto estratto col forcipe in presentazione da parietale posteriore. Morto (subito ?) dopo. V. ca.... 90/91" and dated on black ink 1890-91.

("Fetus head extracted with forceps, positioned in rear parietal position. Dead immediately ?) after. V. ca.... 90/91").

The head (without base) is tall 17 cm.
