French Surgical Set "Sir Henry a Paris "

  1. A French surgical set by the maker “Sir Henry", owned by the French doctor "Vachier Degris".
  2. The maker "Sir Henry" was "Coutelier de la Facultè de Medecine de Paris”, we’ve been able to find a reprint of an old book dedicated to him and his art, dated 1821. So he was in activity in the very early 1800’s.

Unusual tourniquet and as rarely seen in a surgical there's also a large speculum.

All the 8 amputation knifes are marked "Sir Henry a Paris"
