French Surgical Set "Sir Henry a Paris "

- A French surgical set by the maker “Sir Henry", owned by the French doctor "Vachier Degris".
- The maker "Sir Henry" was "Coutelier de la Facultè de Medecine de Paris”, we’ve been able to find a reprint of an old book dedicated to him and his art, dated 1821. So he was in activity in the very early 1800’s.
Unusual tourniquet and as rarely seen in a surgical there's also a large speculum.
All the 8 amputation knifes are marked "Sir Henry a Paris"
