An unusual Italian Lamp, ca 1950's

A really unusual lamp. It's the engine used to put in action the machine used years ago to repair woman nylon pantyhose. The motor is hide inside a car shaped metal 'shell'.

It was produced by a small factory based in Turin, Cavallo.

And the lamp of course, as always in this kind of machine, was to light the work area.
The machine (missing) was insert in the front hole (with blue rubber edges) and the engine inside transmitted the movement. The 2 front white headlamps act like rheostats to regulate velocity.
I didn't try to plug in so I don't now if still in working condition. So I prefer say 'no working condition', but at least the lamp should be really an easy circuit.

The car is long 30 cm.
